Sad Fact: day of the week underwear don't exist in Spain. If you wanna learn the days of the week in Spanish anyways, here you go....

Monday = El Lunes (el luu-n-es)

Tuesday = El Martes (el ma-rr-t-es)

Wednesday = El Miércoles (el mi-err-coh-les)

Thursday = El Jueves (el who-ev-es)

Friday = El Viernes (el v-er-nes)

Saturday = El Sábado (el sah-bah-do)

Sunday = El Domingo (el do-ugh-mi-n-go)

Also: In Spanish, unlike in English, you'd only capitalize the 1st letter in the day of the week if it was the beginning of a sentence.
